Client Profile
Big Apple Greeter is a local guided tour service provided by the New York Office of Tourism that matches visitors with enthusiastic, knowledgeable residents. The client wants to attract more visitors to the city and more workers on the organization side and use underutilized account budget.
My responsibilities

  • Conducted in-depth interviews and usability testing to gather actionable insights.

  • Identified pain points and user needs, translating them into viable design changes.

  • Delivered detailed reports with prioritized recommendations to enhance usability.
